The Pets At Peace Story
Pets at Peace was built when, now retired NSW Ambulance paramedic Craig Mitchell, endured the heart break when his beloved little dog and best friend Suzie passed away.
Craig made enquiries with a number of vets & cremation companies, in the hopes to be able to keep Suzie’s ashes with him forever.
He quickly discovered there were in fact, NONE who offered or guaranteed 100% individual cremation.
This is when Craig commissioned Australia’s first dedicated pet crematorium for the individual cremation of pets in 1989
Pets at Peace is 100% Australian owned and operated by Craig & his family.
Pets at Peace is a household name with an excellent reputation which includes servicing the NSW Police Force Dog Unit with their cremations and services.
Pets at Peace is recommended and used by the leaders in the pet industry.
Pets at Peace offer a service in most areas in New South Wales including Sydney, Illawarra areas, Goulburn, Blue Mountains, Newcastle and the Central Coast..
Each one of our exceptional staff members has unfortunately gone through the heart wrenching time of losing their beloved pets, therefore they have the compassion and understanding for what you might be going through.
